Roger Cover: Bas Guitar & Vocals
From a North London background in the 1960’s of ‘Rock and Roll’ music and motorcycles.
Roger bought his first guitar in 1964. Four years later in 1968 along with rhythm guitarist and friend Jeff Jeffery rock and roll band The Rapids were formed. From these beginnings the partnership continued into the mid 70’s with Dynamite , the driving force again being Roger Cover. A change in style to a Bill Haley type swing band calling themselves The Dynamite Band came about until 1983. Following this after turning professional in 1984 Roger became the founder member of The Rapiers. He remained there until The Flames were formed in November 1987.
